Dr.aculaa Stores Return Policy:
Products which can lead to returns Customer not available
- Issue in Shipping address
- Customer not available
- Customer received wrong item/ defective item
- Customer wanted different product
1. Return Eligibility:
- Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
- Submit requests within 7 days of delivery with photos/ videos
- Refunds: processed within 5-7 business days, after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
2. Non-Refundable Cases:
- Wrong size ordered by the customer.
- Minor color variations or standard size tolerance of ±0.5 inches.
3. Damaged or Lost in Transit:
- Damaged items must be noted in courier remarks upon delivery.
- Lost items confirmed by shipping status are eligible for refund.
4. Reshipping:
- Returns can be stored upto 14 days.
- Customers can reship to a new address or own address during this period.
5. Unclaimed Returns:
- Orders unclaimed after 30 days are discarded.
