Refund policy

Dr.aculaa Stores Return Policy:

Products which can lead to returns Customer not available

  • Issue in Shipping address
  • Customer not available
  • Customer received wrong item/ defective item
  • Customer wanted different product 

1. Return Eligibility:

  • Returns accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.
  • Submit requests within 7 days of delivery with photos/ videos
  • Refunds: processed within 5-7 business days, after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Non-Refundable Cases: 

  • Wrong size ordered by the customer.
  • Minor color variations or standard size tolerance of ±0.5 inches.  

3. Damaged or Lost in Transit:  

  •  Damaged items must be noted in courier remarks upon delivery.
  • Lost items confirmed by shipping status are eligible for refund.  

4. Reshipping:  

  • Returns can be stored upto 14 days. 
  • Customers can reship to a new address or own address during this period.  

5. Unclaimed Returns:  

  • Orders unclaimed after 30 days are discarded.
